To consider the outcome of the interviews held on the 5th and 8th of January respectively.

To consider a progression plan for the newly appointed Deputy Town Clerk.
7. STAFFING MATTERS
To receive an update on the progress of the resolutions outlined in Item 5 of the minutes of the meeting held on 12 December, 2023 and Item 6 of the minutes of the meeting held on the 29 November 2023.
8. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next meeting is scheduled for the 12th March 2024.
