To consider and approve the minutes from the previous meeting(s)

RESOLVED

The minutes of the meeting held on the 6^th February 2024 were approved as a true and accurate record.

4. MATTERS ARISING/ACTION PLAN

To note matters arising and the action plan.

Noted that the press release was informative and well done to the Community Engagement Officer Tom Hope.

5. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

There were no questions received from members of the public.

6. FINANCIAL REPORT

To consider and approve the monthly financial report ending 29^th February 2024 was reviewed

RESOLVED

The financial report was approved.

7. SIGNATORIES

To consider adding a further signatory for payments.

RESOLVED

Deputy Town Clerk Clair Davis will look into and complete necessary mandate form with Cllr Heather Weddell to add her as additional signatory.
