GRASS CUTTING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Contractors are invited to submit quotations for grass cutting services for the following locations, from March to September each year. This contract will be for a four-year term, commencing in March 2025 and concluding in September 2028.
Areas to be maintained:
- Southgate Park
A small, grassed area with a stone boundary wall, seating, and a paved path, located near Southgate Arch off Church Street. - Twt Park (including the children’s play area)
Situated behind the Waitrose store, this park features a grassed area and a children’s play area accessible from Town Mill Road. - Llanblethian Playing Fields
Accessed through a gateway from Church Road, this large open space is used for recreational activities. - Holy Cross Churchyard
Located on Church Street, this includes grassed areas around the front of the church and the graveyard to the rear. - The Limes Cemetery
A cemetery requiring regular grass maintenance. - Piccadilly
A small green space near the Old Chapel, next to a stone bridge in Llanblethian. - Llanblethian Village Green
A well-maintained green area within the village of Llanblethian. - Factory Road
A small grassed area by the Ford with a footbridge crossing over the stream.
