🏠New Social Housing in Cowbridge
New rented social housing is being offered at Cwrt TĹ· Heddlu, with further homes soon to become available at Clare Garden Village.
A local lettings policy has been agreed with the Vale of Glamorgan Council and its partners to help these developments become part of the local community while supporting those most in housing need.
Applicants will be prioritised according to their Homes4U banding, with additional priority given to people who have a local connection. This may include:
• Currently or previously living in the priority area
• Having immediate family in the area
• Permanent employment in the area
• Retiring from tied accommodation locally
For Cwrt TĹ· Heddlu, the local priority area is the Cowbridge with Llanblethian Town Council area. For Clare Garden Village, it also includes the Penllyn Community Council area.
The homes will remain as rented social housing in perpetuity.
