A meeting of the TOWN HALL COMMITTEE will be held on Tuesday the 2nd of May 2023, 7.00pm, at the Cowbridge Town Hall Council Chamber or remotely by Microsoft Teams

a. A repairs to the Town hall report will be prepared for the next meeting.

    To consider the monthly report ending 30th April 2023.
  2. TOWN HALL CLOCK
    To receive an update regarding the strike controller.
  3. TOWN HALL LANTERN
    To receive a report regarding the repair of the Town Hall lantern and bracket.

8. TOWN HALL HEARING LOOP REPORT
           To consider a proposal to update the Town Hall Hearing Loop system.

  1. OFFICE BOILER
    To consider three quotes to replace the office back boiler.
  2.  STAFF SECURITY
    To consider a report.
  1. TOWN HALL ROOF
    To receive an update on the theft of lead.
  1. BIG SCREEN
    To receive a report from Cllr Dave Breen.
  2. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
    To be confirmed following the Annual Statutory meeting.
