Invitation and Road Closure Notice for Cowbridge Christmas Light Parade –
26th November 2023
Dear Residents and Local Businesses,
A warm invitation is extended to the community and local traders to join the Cowbridge Christmas Light Parade and Festivities on the 26th of November 2023.
Organised by the Cowbridge Working Community Group in collaboration with Cowbridge and Llanblethian Town Council, this event promises music, entertainment, and the official lighting of the Christmas decorations.
To ensure the smooth flow of the parade, please be advised of the following road closure details:
Closure Period: 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm
Closed Section: Between the Broad Shoard and Druids Green
The parade will commence at 4:15 pm from the Broad Shoard, proceed to Druids Green, and return to Cowbridge Town Hall for the main festivities.
The official light switch-on will be a highlight of the evening.
To facilitate these events, we kindly request your cooperation with the following:
Ensure all deliveries are completed by 3:30pm on the day of the event.
Community members are requested not to park any vehicles along the High Street prior to and during the road closure period.
Your cooperation is crucial in making this celebration a success.
