The Mayor and Mayoress of Cowbridge (Ancient Borough) with Llanblethian Town Council Cllr Geraint Baty and his daughter Hannah hosted a Coffee morning on Sat 7th March in Cowbridge Town Hall . Delicious coffee for the event was provided by 96 degrees , A wonderful variety of cakes were provided by the Finsbury food group the home of Memory Lane Cakes Cardiff .There was a raffle with the main prize donated by Tallia (41 High Street) a lovely warm black hat with a diamante trim .The Mayor was extremely grateful for all the donations and support . A total of £145 was raised for Motor Neurone Disease MND. The next coffee morning and the last will be on Easer Saturday 4th April 2026. 10.30 to 12 noon. All welcome .
The Mayor has a final 2 charity events lined up to raise much needed funds for MND . A choir event on Sat 11th April 7pm at United Free Church Cowbrdge featuring Cowbridge Male Voice and My Kinda Choir Tickets £12
