1. To note any apologies for absence from members.
2. To receive any declarations of interest relating to items on the agenda. Members are
reminded of the provisions of paragraph 11 of the Members Code of Conduct and more
particularly paragraph 11.1.
3. To receive and approve the minutes on the meeting held on the 27th of June 2023
4. To note any matters arising and the action plan.
5. To review and approve the monthly financial report.
6. To consider the return of the original town hall clock mechanism to the town hall.
7. To review initial ground light proposals as supplied by Vale Consultancy.
8.The date of the next meeting is the 6th of February 2023.
