Cowbridge with Llanblethian and Aberthin Town Council are devastated by the very sad news of Mayor Councillor Reverend Heather Weddell’s passing. A cherished member of the Cowbridge community, Heather was known for her unwavering dedication to service and her passion for uniting people. Through her work with the United Free Church, Cowbridge Rotary, Dementia Friendly, the Community Working Group, and many other initiatives, she made a lasting impact. Her warmth, wisdom, and selfless commitment will be profoundly missed by all. We hold her husband, Roger Weddell, and daughter, Beth Barton, in our
