Join us for short talks from Llais and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, a Q&A session, and supportive activities where you can share your experiences in a way that feels right for you.

Pregnancy & Birth, Gynaecology, Menopause, Pain & pain management, Preventative care & Cancer.
