3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
   To consider and approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on the 17th July 2023.
4. BUDGET
   To consider and approve the staff budget for 2024/25.
5. CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT
   To consider and approve the reviewed contract of employment as per the model version provided by the National Association of Local Council Clerks.
6. STAFF REPORT
   To review and authorise a report on the documentation of annual leave, sick leave, time off in lieu (TOIL), and overtime.
