9. SECTION 106
a) To note a Vale of Glamorgan Council report on S106 monies, paying particular attention to page 2, item 7 public open spaces and the accompanying appendices.

b) To contemplate the preparation of a proposal for the allocation of Section 106 funds for the creation of a new riverside This pathway will be carefully designed to integrate seamlessly with an existing bridge, ensuring a smooth connection.

To receive an update on the progress of the recommendations outlined in the annual tree report.

To receive the monthly safety check report and to consider any other updates.

To be informed about the status of measures aimed at mitigating flooding along the footpath stretching from the Waitrose car park adjacent to Twt Park.
13. STREETLIGHTING
To review the communication exchanged between Councillor Champion and the Vale of Glamorgan Council concerning streetlighting along the stretch from Cae Rex to Poplars Park.
