Alcohol License Agenda Brief from the Chief Officer has produced a brief as the

the committee wanted more information on the day-to-day running and what it would mean for them in charge.

32/TH2026 FINANCIAL REPORTS

To approve the financial reports from March 2026.

33/TH2026 TOWN HALL REFURBISHMENT.

The committee to receive an update on the proposed Town Hall Refurbishment.

34/TH2026 HEALTH AND SAFETY

To approve the purchase of 19 Smoke Detectors are part of the ‘Escape Routes’, the cost to replace the 19 would be £931.00 plus VAT

 

To review the Fire Door Report, the Chief Officer to go back the Fire Risk Assessor as recommended in the report for more information.

To review recommended options of the asbestos contractor due to the deteriorating   condition of the external waste Pipe.
