6. COWBRIDGE ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION
a. To evaluate and approve a renewed lease agreement between the Town Council and the Cowbridge Allotment Association.
b. To review photographs and assess the costs associated with repairing a broken gate post, and in the context of the draft lease agreement, consider approval for the Town Council to cover the responsibility for fixing the gate posts.

7. BIODIVERSITY GRANT SCHEME CASE STUDY
To receive the case study submitted to the Vale Nature Partnership, which describes the town council’s wildflower and wild planting project, highlighting the work done with wildflowers, plants, and nature boxes provided by the programme, with special thanks to the Vale Nature Partnership and VINCI Facilities for their support in making this scheme happen.

8. MONTHLY INSPECTION REPORTS To receive and review the monthly play park inspection reports for Twt and Llanblethian play parks.
