6.   TWT PARK

a. To discuss ongoing complaints regarding flooding on the footpath leading from Waitrose – The Mayor Cllr John Andrew to report.

b. To receive a play equipment maintenance report.

7.  LLANBLETHIAN PLAYING FIELDS

The whip apple trees have been relocated around the edges of the open space and quotes are being actively sought for goalposts based on the results of the customer survey.

8. LIMES CEMETERY

Following recent storms, a sycamore tree at the back of the cemetery partially blew down. In light of the danger involved with the remaining part of the tree being unstable, the area was cordoned off by town council staff.  The Town Clerk sought two urgent quotes and the tree was removed within a period of three days at a cost of £600.

9. TREE SURGEON RESEARCH

Two quotes have been received; a third quote has been promised.  If the third quote is not received by the next meeting, a report will be produced to pursue a decision based on the two quotes received.

10. HOLY CROSS CHURCH

To consider correspondence from the Trustees.
